PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our company’s management diagram shows the quality and capability of the company. We have two main wings of this company under the project management, which directly control by the managing partner of this company. These wings are Project coordination unit and administration unit. The project coordinator who is directly responsible to the proprietor heads the project coordination unit. We have three project managers and each project manager there are a project engineer, four-site engineers and same site supervisor. The site engineer and site supervisor control Three strong capable teams who are the main field working body of this company. They have the capability of working independently.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Project coordinator receives all information from project manager about the site and he gives the decision to the project manager. He always keeps touch with the Managing partner and informs him all the time about the site status. And also he contact with the purchasers/customers time to time about the progress of the work. Sometimes he visits the site when required.
PROJECT MANAGER
Projects manager controls three project engineer, three site engineers and same supervisor at a time. He always keeps contact with the project coordinator and gets the information, which are provided by the purchasers/customers. He twice/thrice sits on a meeting with the project engineer, engineers or supervisor every week and take the information from them. He is the authorized person to take any decision to improve the progress and workmanship. He attend the meeting with the purchasers/customers and will maintain office file and documents in office so that he can supply any information or paper to the purchasers/customers on their requirements.PROJECT ENGINEER
He is the key person of the project for all the engineering works, such as design drawing, construction, layout erection etc. He always keeps touch with the project manager and coordinator. Minimum three times a week he visits a site and gives instruction to the site engineer and supervisor.
SITE ENGINEER
Our all site engineers are very much qualified and well educated diploma engineers. The take all the instruction and information for the project manager and project engineers which are supplied by the purchasers/customers and acting as per their instruction. They control each site very carefully so that the purchasers/customers could not find any kind of fault in respect oft their work. Actually they are the main driver of the site work. The site engineers all time stay to the site until handover to the purchasers/customers.PROJECT ENGINEER

He all the times takes information from up to bottom level manpower and suggest them so that the company can achieve its goal and can become a leading telecommunication related company in Bangladesh.
